Allentoff Consulting is a leadership coaching and HR consulting company originally established in 2003. We have expertise in utilizing many state-of-the-art online tools including coaching platforms, assessments and various 360-degree feedback processes.

We work with individuals, teams and organizations across all industries and organization sizes and are also flexible in consulting arrangements via project, retainer or hourly basis. Additionally, we offer a complimentary discovery call or meeting to discuss how we may work together to solve your leadership or organizational challenges.

MEET HOWARD ALLENTOFF

Howard Allentoff, Ph.D., is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Allentoff Consulting. He earned an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland and then master’s and doctoral degrees in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Auburn University.

Howard’s background includes employee coaching, assessment and Human Resources leadership. He has been fortunate enough to have enjoyed a 30-plus-year career within the HR leadership arena.

Howard has led HR functions at Blackboard, K12, Delta Career Education Corporation and Hudson Global Scholars, and has also held senior HR roles at Westinghouse, Ward Machinery and Sylvan Prometric. He has consulted across many areas of HR and coached leaders and employees across multiple industries.

Howard is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the Society for Industrial & Organizational Psychology (SIOP). He is also certified and administers the eTc Coaching Platforms (Executive Coaching, Transition Coaching, Mentoring), DISC, Hogan Leadership Series, EQi 2.0 (emotional intelligence), Clifton StrengthsFinder, Stress Quotient and numerous 360-degree feedback processes.
